Dr Graham Cure

Dr Graham Cure studied microbiology and biochemistry at the University of Reading and was awarded a PhD, in 1974. Subsequently, he worked in various scientific and technical positions in the food industry for over 40 years. He became interested in nutrition when advice from nutritionists failed to reduce his high blood cholesterol. Realising that there must be something wrong with the “science,” he set about uncovering and correcting much of the misinformation that we see reported almost every day in newspapers and on television. Now over 70, he enjoys walking and tennis, and is faster around the tennis court than many people half his age.
